Printer is Ready But wont Print!

    Hello All,
i am going out my mind with this matter,
The Printer is Connected, Has the original drivers install and was working fine.

Now it wont print from doc to pdf but printed a diagnosis print which i printed from within windows.

The PC Shows the ink levels so there is some sort of communication between pc and printer but just wont print.

When i print something nothing is sent.

All the drivers are installed, i try to reset print spoiler which say it did.

The only thing i can think off is a few days ago i install bullzip pdf printer but its not my default printer and the actual printer is assigned when i print things

please any help would be appreciated
    thanks

To check that there isn't a driver problem, please run the below . . .

Under the heading msinfo32 [MS System Information] - Problem Devices . . ., please run MS_Info32_Find_Problem_Devices.bat, Option [2] from here => BATCH PROGRAMS [Standalone] and then upload the results using the tutorial at the bottom of the above link [Upload to SevenForums . . .] and someone will look at it for you.

INFORMATION: I have written quite a few batch scripts in order to streamline processes, avoid possible typing errors, and save time hunting around for specific Windows and tabs etc. It is just quicker and easier for users to run the batch script[s] and then upload the results for us to look at.

    I hope this helps!

[1] Is the printer connected using Wi-Fi or a USB lead?
[2] If it is a USB lead have you checked that the lead is inserted properly at both ends or tried another lead?
[3] Are there any other computers that use the printer, and if so, can they print OK?

    I hope this helps!

That's a bit drastic to try and get the printer working. There is a LOT involved in performing a clean/repair install.

[1] Have you got a System Restore Point prior to this happening that you could use?
[2] I would certainly try and uninstall the printer before you go any further . . .

Download and run Revo Uninstaller [FREE] from here => Revo Uninstaller. When you run scan for leftover items make sure that you use the Advanced Scan option, then tick everything and delete it.

    Now re-install the printer again!

    I hope this helps!
