FAT32 Partition in Red seen by Macrium, not seen by Windows-7?

    I thought Windows 7's hidden system partition has to be named "System Reserved"- am i barking up the wrong tree? That different name is what caught my eye at first.

Backup of FAT32 partition?

I have a partition formatted as FAT32 (it's shared with a Linux installation). But this partition is not included in the backup (started from the control panel). What to do?
I thought I'd come here for advice since there seems to be so much confusing information out on the internet. Maybe someone here can give me a definitive answer.... A friend of mine wants me to install Win7 on her Apple Mac (e.g. using Boot Camp). This is something I've already done on my own...
