Was Bluetooth working at one time? Someone who knows more about this will be by so if you haven't entered your system specs now is a good time to do that.

The only time I have actually "fixed" my bluetooth problem was going to "Services" and hovering over DCOM. At that time Windows got all excited and told me there was something not right but Windows would take care of it if I chose, so I clicked yes and everything started working. Maybe this? Apparently bluetooth is very complicated in Windows and I am battling a similar problem right now with a Bluetooth dongle but still investigating as to what might be wrong.

Hope someone comes by to help you soon! Good Luck!
