Your issue is not related to the computer is attached to. So it will be the same in Win 7 and win 10.
Your disks are not MBR. For sure they are GPT. So don't try to fix the MBR. There is no MBR on a GPT disk. You may loose all data on the disks.
Your problem is much more complicated than a single disk that lost the partition table. You have 4 disks on a array running on its own OS.
Ask for Seagate support.
