Just had a quick glance at that and the answer is no.
What I am trying to achieve is as when I get a machine for repair I can "cobble this together" (if you know what I mean) and I am expecting some form of results, it comes with a R.T.F.M

The days of "cobbling together" electronics is rapidly fading, these days, mainly because of SMT technology. So even if you could diagnose a problem, you still wouldn't be able to do anything about it, other than throw the circuit board on the scrap heap.
