Go to the manufacturers website and make sure that you have the latest drivers installed...

Like Qdos told you, we simply need more information about your issue.

For you typing issue I might have an idea... I checked your profile page. The timezone indicates you are living somewhere in the USA or Canada. But maybe English is not your native language and you are using other than English EN-US keyboard layout?

What I mean is this: some keyboard layouts understand the CAPS LOCK button slightly different. I'm typing now using EN-US keyboard layout. If I now press CAPS LOCK on and type numbers using keys above the letter keys, i get 123456...

However, if I choose German keyboard layout and put CAPS LOCK on, the same number keys produce !"§$%&...

In other words, CAPS LOCK in English keyboard layout affects only the letter keys, when in German layout it also affects the number keys (those above the letters, not those in the number pad).

Confusing. I hope you can understand my point.
