    Unknown Device in universal serial bus


    can some one help me
    i have problem with my device its always say uknow device

    -i have tried uninstaling and instaling device
    -i have use another usb port
    -i have tried to update the device

    can anyone help me

    is just USB adapter wifi from Dlink

    The product code is DWA-127

    W7 home premium 32bit/W7HP 64bit/w10 tp insider ring

    i would suggest you remove everything below the Intel host controllers, the system will automatically replace them. then update the host controllers REBOOT. try the device drivers.

    NOTE
    Based on your system specs your comp is way under spec and will run like a tub of mollasses suggest you install 32 bit version

    Do you mean installing the 32 bit driver version?, and installing and uninstalling the host is no different
