sorry I don't really know which motherboard I have as I buy a second PC. what I know is :

    CPU :
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU
    RAM 8gb
GPU Radeon RX 550/ 550 Series

If your computer is a factory brand one, what is its brand name and model name and model number?
If your computer is a self built one, what is the brand name and model number of its motherboard?
Once we have that information, we should be able to tell you how much RAM it supports.

    Note:
Its Intel Core i5-2400 processor supports up to 32 GB of DDR3-1333 MHz RAM.
However, its motherboard may support a lesser amount.

The CPU and GPU she mentioned and the CPU and GPU listed in her "My Computer" specs are different.
I doubt she's referring to the Sony VAIO VPCEA36FG laptop in her "My Computer" specs.

    Fansgirl,
You never need to ask that Question! All you need to do is go to "Crucial.com" and take their "Test" and they will tell you what you've got and what your computer will take, and if you want, they will even sell you the proper RAM, and mail it to you.
I've done this hundreds of times with customer's computers.
Crucial sells only TOP Quality RAM, with a lifetime warranty.

    Good luck,

    @TechnoMage2016

Because Crucial does not have the Varro H61V-R3 motherboard listed.

Sorry I have not online, I tried using new RAM (8gbx2) to see if my motherboard can read it or not, and it can read my new RAM, but when I tried to play emulator like r**j**x or y*z* its very very slow.

Before when I use my old RAM (4gbx2) i can play that emulator just fine albeit little slow and I only need to wait about 5mnt to load that game, but now I need to wait atleast 1-3 hours only to load that game and it's very laggy I can't even move my character.

I have tried to use my old RAM and got the same result.

Other than that emulator I tried other game like a**o1800 it a bit lag, before although heavy it never lag

According to the specs previously mentioned your computer supports 8 gb total not per stick.

    Pre-installed/Max

    4 GB (2 GB x 2) DDR3 SDRAM*2 (upgradeable up to 8 GB*3)
