I don't think this is a terrible result for a six year old WD Blue 160GB SATA II drive.

Here is a new one. My minimum transfer rate seems to have improved a lot than m previous score which was 0.7 mb/sec.
My new seagate 2TB :) Been stressing it for the past 3 days continuously so the score isn't that bad IMO. I expected worse.
Here you can Clearly see how the Seagate SSHD shines..
Its Stupid fast at first. Then the 8Gb SSD Cache starts to run out and the drive dipps. But compared to other HDD its accually very consistant and only dips slowly over time. The Hickups are not very large nor common and the Burst tests are pretty fast

Brand spankin' new WD5000AAKX. I did have to put a jumper on it to throttle it back to 3Gbps because my mobo doesn't have 6Gbps capability.
I also took a screenshot of the SMART attributes after formatting the drive.
