I would not worry about the UDMA mode 5 versus 6. You would hardly note a difference - maybe a little in RAID0 or if you transferred data from one disk to another on the same channel.

Run it again and it may be a point or 2 higher.
iwouldn't worry to much about it though. As much as it's off, not even 1Mb/s, i would consider it as a margin of error nothing more.
ACHI mode doesn't always offer more performace, depending on your setup.chipset etc.
