Replacing the whole "Precision Touchpad" module to make it compatible?

Okay, thanks. I also found out the Intel IO Drivers someone "made" on Win-Raid (literally just blanked them, which I just found out) are also required for the touchpad to work, or atleast to be detected by Windows. I was wrong, but learnt from my mistake. I've created a Win-Raid post about that, and hope someone has actually working drivers for it, or would help me to modify them. And why am I writing here about this? Because someone here may have the drivers I need; Intel(R) Serial IO GPIO Host Controller 34BB (ACPI\INT34BB), Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Host Controller - 9DE8 (PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9DE8&SUBSYS_128D1025) and Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Host Controller - 9DE9 (PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9DE9&SUBSYS_128D1025) to be exact. Hey! I've tried these drivers and the installer went through the installation just fine, but I haven't noticed any changes in the Device Manager. I tried extracting drivers from the installer and going through each inf, but haven't found any compatible hwids.

Hey! I've tried those drivers before, and from my experience I can tell you that they aren't any better than the Win-Raid ones I found. They're just blank "Intel Device"s to make the Device Manager look cleaner, but other than that, they simply don't work. I don't think anyone has ever made drivers for my exact board. I'll consider replacing the whole Intel IO board if no one responds under my Win-Raid post.

you didn't answer my question..... unknown or faulty.... msinfo32 will identify them under problem devices
are there any Elan/Synaptics drivers

On the homepage for your comp both Elan/Synaptics drivers are quoted
(and as far as i know Touchpad drivers are not considered as Embedded devices so NO Intel Bios entries are required)

msinfo32 only listed those 3 faulty Intel IO drivers under "Problem Devices". New TouchPads without a legacy touchpad option in the BIOS cannot work under standard "mice" drivers, and won't be detected by Windows until you install all 3 Intel IO Drivers. This is a huge pain in the ass, and Acer listing both elantech and synaptics drivers isn't helping in any way, only making users more confused by what touchpad they actually have.

msinfo32 is also confused, saying that the Intel IO Drivers work fine, but Device Manager says otherwise. ​

In my earlier posts on this topic (and the one in this thread), the problem with these drivers is that Win7 simply cannot work with them. A Win-Raid guru hacker took a working Win10 driver for both these and deliberately modified them for Win7 to the best of his considerable ability.

We all had hopes for this but the touchpad simply refused to play. Intel has seemingly made absolutely sure of this.

I've used old HP drivers on my i5-10210U and achieved the bare minimum of "mouse" movement on its' touchpad. No other capability. This is sufficient for my needs but not for most people, I expect.

Sad, frustrating ... but a hard fact.

Damn it! Intel are just a bunch of d*cks. What if I replaced the whole Intel IO board with a Windows 7 compatible one??
Driverpack here Download Acer Aspire A515-51G laptop drivers for Windows 7 x64 | DriverPack has full support for A515-51G's Intel IO Board, which is, suprise, absolutely f*cking the same as mine , but isn't "software locked", or whatever it's called. I actually think this may work.

Some machines have a bios "basic" setting for touchpad that appears to be some kind of emulation which seems to work for win 7.

this laptop was amazing enough to have it. And while looking how similar it's Touchpad and Intel IO board is to mine, I'm actually starting to think just a BIOS mod could fix all of this bullshit. But for that, I'd have to buy a few tools, and get someone to help me mod it, which probably will be neither easy or cheap. It started with just the touchpad, but now I see that getting this piece of plastic to work may just be a waste of money. I'm not going to spend over 100 Euros (Touchpad ~20 Euros, Intel IO Board ~25 Euros, BIOS Modding Tools ~20 Euros, Getting someone to mod it for me ~A month and 50 Euros (if I get lucky)) just to get it working, while for that much money I could actually buy a decent Windows 7 Laptop.
