    Wiping a Hard Drive

    Hello

I would like to wipe clean my hard drive and add a new windows OS to it. The W10 / Reset PC / Advance clean process doesn't work. The unit in question is a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 15D and cannot be booted from a CD/DVD or USB stick. I need a software that will allow me to activate the software from desktop. Anyone know of a software? Free or trial if possible.

    Thanks

Why do you want to completely wipe the hard disk? Unless you have a special security need for it, just reinstalling a new OS will suffice. Delete all partitions and reinstall normally is all you need to do.
Of course you need to first solve the boot from CD/USB problem first.
