    WD Passport USB issue

I have a WD Passport storage which does not show up unless I reattach the USB. So when attached on computer boot up the drive is not recognized. I've checked drivers and they are up to date.

Some AV, as a safety measure, blocks the access to removable drives during startup.
    See if Norton does it.

    AV not the cause

I removed the Firewall but the WD Passport is still not recognized on boot up, my AV will ask to scan it once its viewable.

Please post a whole window Disk Manager image of ALL your drives. Don't forget to expand the columns so we can read them. How to Post a Screenshot of Disk Management
If you have a MiniTool or AOMEI Partition use it instead or Windows disk manager.
