Logittec Orbit Mp webcam not reconiezed

How do I get my Logitech Orbit Mp webcam to work. The plug and play doesn't seem to notice it. it's not being recognized

Yes they have drivers for windows 7. the tech support people told me that you dont need the drivers for it to work because they said it was "plug & play" I got the driver from thier site but cant figure out how to manually instill it. it isnt one of they filers to click to install exe. I have to open it up with winrar to see the files

I extracted the files to a folder. I don't see how to install it. All the files I got in this pic

I clicked on it and nothing happened. I think I'll just get a new webcam. What's the difference between the Logitech C930E and the C930S one Did the E model replace the S model some years back? Hopefully it will recognize it when I plug in the USB into the computer.
