finding a motherboard for last win7 ryzen 7 2700x cpu?

from what I understand, the 2700x is the last g2 chips that install win7 without issues?

is the b450 the last motherboard available that also works easily to install w7?

I saw and read posts of people saying that even ryzen 7 g3 will work with various techniques and such.

but id rather stick to something that isnt too complicated. is b450 the last motherboards that can be used or are b550 also a possibility?

has anyone purchased a used motherboard that ran perfectly fine?

    thank you

Chipset X299 for Intel will most likely have Win 7 drivers available at the manufacturer's website.

Latest AMD chipset for Windows 7 will probably be X470.

I'm basing this on my research with Gigabyte motherboards. Others like Asus et al are probably the same.

awesome, thats all I need to know. saw this guy install win 7 on b450 so the same as x470 will be good. considering r7 3700x/ r5 5600x/ r7 5800x, its about getting a good price.

    how the heck is a r5 5600x competing with a r7 5800x ?

shows it being head to head...weird.
