Second Hard Drive and Optical Drive DO NOT Appear in File Explorer

    Hello, First Post here!
    Computer: DELL Inspiron 3847
    OS: Windows 7 Professional SP1

I don't know how long ago this issue started as I use this computer sporadically for software development work most of which is done in one of several Oracle VirtualBox virtual machines installed on this Win 7 Pro computer. The Host Win 7 computer as well as the Vbox virtual machines appear to be working fine.
In addition to the computer's primary hard drive (C:\) Western Digital 1 GB SCSI Disk Device, a second Toshiba 1 GB SCSI Disc Device (used for backups) and a DVD/CD-RW Optical device are also installed. There is also a remote USB 3.5 Floppy Drive currently installed on the computer but hasn't been used for a while.
THE ISSUE: I recently noticed that the second Toshiba hard drive and the Optical Drive no longer appear in File Explorer. I opened Control Panel and Device Manager where both the Toshiba hard drive and the Optical drive are said to be "working properly".
Can anyone tell me why neither of the mentioned devices are not showing up in File Explorer? Or tell me how I can resolve this issue?
    Thanks! ZT

    Thanks Samuria!
That seems to have worked to display the second HD but I've also noticed that the Optical DVD/CD (D:\) only shows in File Explorer when there is a CD or DVD in the drive. Is that normal?
