    Brothers Sanner CC4 button inoperative


    Running Windows 10 I am unable to operate the scanner through Brothers Utility Control Center 4. The drivers for the scanner via WiFi and USB are available, no issues with the printer. Loaded the program with Antivirus and Firewall off. But when I press the CC4 button the scanning options will not appear.

    Was the scanner made for Win 10?
    The drivers for the scanner via WiFi and USB are available, no issues with the printer.
    Drivers for Win 10 or Win 7?
    Loaded the program with Antivirus and Firewall off. But when I press the CC4 button the scanning options will not appear.
