Why would my C:\ be listed as an unknown Device?

Here is a Snip of my Drives.
The C:\ is what troubles me.
Any ideas or should I just ignore it?

The reason for all the Drives is I'm scanning every Drive we have to insure we do not have ANY residue of the crippling virus that hit and crippled us about last April.

    Best regards,

    Mike

    Sorry!

    Windows-7 Pro 64
    Control Panel, then
    System and Security, then
    Administrative Tools, then
Create and Format Hard Disk Partitions
