    CD/DVD Device does not work?


    Things continue to fall apart, why I do not know.

    Now the CD/DVD Device will not work.
    It appears not to be existing inside the COMPUTER Icon?
    It appears to exist inside the CONTROL PANEL Icon?

    Any Ideas?

    Does it show in disk manager and can you assign a drive letter to put a disk in first before checking
