desktop auto refreshing after tried oc

    working off default BIOS settings IS NOT the same as clearing the CMOS b/c the BIOS interface can be finicky & even though it shows something on the screen it is not always reporting correctly.

    but no worries.........Happy Christmas :)


    (i hope you tried a ''system restore'' before reinstalling windows..??)

    i turned off system restore before, because sometime i wanted to improve performance on win7, because had some issues , ex. disk was reading something while i was playing game..

    NOOO......., i'd leave it switched on, any performance gain with it disabled is negligible at best.

    what you lose (down time) by having it turned off is MASSIVE!!


    so.....how's the reinstall going, has it finished..???
