Windows 7: My DVD-ROM won't read/write

I'll try that too.

Edit: Before i tried the registry thing, I tried to read a cd and it worked, now I try to write one. Wish me luck !

Edit2: When i tried to write, my dvd-rom disappeared

Edit3: My drive is back.

USB 3.0 slow read & write speed
Hello, I have 4gb and 16gb kingston DT 101 usb....both had slow read & write speeds on fat32(defulat format).. -write speed 4-6mb/sec -read speed 25mb/sec appx When i format it to NTFS, it writes initially at 100mb/s and then suddenly slows down to appx 15-20mb/s... and sometimes it gets...
