    Hello, Welcome!

Have you looked on the Canon site for drivers?

Can you update with a link and maybe file name of what you used?
I searched google for "canon ip5200r windows 7" with the first result being the post title is "Solved Canon ip5200R - Windows 7 Forums"
Pitty there isnt a solution here

I always seem to have problems with installing this driver cos i can never seem to get the right thing and end up installing like 3 or 4 things from the canon site and finally get it working.
I dont want to have to try connect it to usb to get it to work i just want to get it to work via wifi first time everytime

    Solution...

After a lot trial and error I managed to install the 5200R printer wirelessly.

It took two setup utilities to install the printer on my Windows 7 system:

The actual drivers (v2.00) (I used the Vista drivers, as there aren't any Win7 drivers listed on the canon page):

    iP5200R_Vista_MUX.exe

And the Canon Network Setup and Tool 2.21 (the 2.55 version didn't have the network utility I needed):

    b6C21ENx.exe

Install them both and run the Canon IJ Network Tool.

    Good luck!
