hdd disconnection

    hdd disconnection


    i have 2 drives, both are 250 gb. sometimes they are just disconnect from my PC but OS is still working..with some problems like "omg the file is missed" etc. so the question is why is it happens? i did not have this problem on W7 beta, RC also on Mandriva, but i have it on W7 release

    * Are they both internal HDD's ? or External ?

    they are internal. Seagate ST3250410AS and ST3250620AS
    one solution that solves this problem is to change SATA ports. from 1st and 2nd to 3rd and 4th
    rebooting, power off/on does not help ((
    btw i am not new in this forum, i have even 5 posts but anyway thanks for greetings

    Great to hear that your issue was solved. I thought of providing the same instructions, if you have internal HDD's. :)
