Re-Activate Windows Disk Diagnostic Pop-Up Message

Yesterday, I started getting the pop-up error message regarding a potential failure on Drive D:

Windows Disk Diagnostic detected a S.M.A.R.T. fault on disk WDC WD30 00GLFS-01F8U SCSI Disk Device (volumes D:\). This disk might fail; back up your computer now.

I selected the option to not warn me again. Is there a way to re-enable the pop-up messages? I am using Windows 7 Home Premium. Have a feeling that it may be an entry in the registry but not sure. I ordered a new drive and will replace soon but would like to re-activate the messages for the future. Thanks in advance for any help!

If it happened just a short while ago, I would try system restore.

Thanks for the reply. Tried the System Restore but was not successful. I did temporarily replace the hard drive with a spare and the error messages in the log went away :) Ordered a new drive from Newegg which should arrive shortly.

Good going. You corrected the problem by yourself and you will be rewarded with a computer in perfect working order.
