    Logitech EX 310, Windows 7 & Setpoint

    Hey guys,

I got a Logitech EX 310 for Christmas.

I installed everything find when i get the set, but until a few days ago, my music controls started to play up. I reinstalled set point and no luck. I uninstalled set point and it works perfectly.... although some of the mouse features don't work.

Set point that came on the disc, only really works with windows vista, but worked on my system (7, obviously) for a while, and has now stopped working.

Has anyone come across this issue, or is able to help me???

Also, i just thought, would running Set Point in compatibility mode work and fix my issue???

    Thanks,

    Cohen

The current version of Setpoint is 4.80, it works well with Win7. I am using it without any problems with diNovo Media Laser keyboard & mouse combo.

Go to Logitech's support page and download the latest Setpoint.

Basically, you can choose any EX combo. There's only one Setpoint for general use with all combos. Choose any so you can advance to download page.

I really do not know what you should do. As far as I know, the latest Setpoint 4.80 is working well with Win7. All controls work here, I have two diNovos's and one MX 5500 combos on three computers and have not had a single issue since 4.80 was published.

If you decide to contact Logitech, here's the contact page.

Try uninstalling SetPoint and then, remove Logitech file/folder under AppData (in your User folder), basically wiping every last trace of SetPoint off your computer.

If your windows is 64-bit, you must have 64-bit Setpoint.

Windows version should not be the issue.
