does not meet the system requirements??

ok so everything was working peachy.

but last night i got an error saying intellipoint and intellitype had both malfunctioned in some way and that i should remove and reinstall.

so that i did. itype went back on no problems, but ipoint keeps giving me and error 1603

saying it must close as my pc does not meet the system requirements.

    so what the hell??

if it helps, windows 7 64bit, and the wireless laser mouse 5000 is what is playing up.

i have use revo to uninstall, and i have downloaded the correct software.

    any ideas?

    Hello,

Try doing a System Restore to get you where you were before yesterday.

Try downloading the drivers again and giving it another shot.

Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.

There's a Microsoft KB article on that error here: Troubleshoot installing Intellipoint, IntelliType, or LifeCam software
