    Device Manager Unkown Device

In my device manager I have an unknown device in the other devices pull down. It's location is on [Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System] Diver Status [The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.] It has no digital signer, no driver version, provider, or date. Under properties: details its lists...
    ACPI\AWY0001
    *AWY0001
This just showed up in device manager today and most of the info I can find on it is Vista 64 related. Can anyone explain to me what this is and if it's important?

Have you tried optional updates thru windows update - i think its to do with a monitoring chip on the board - there are a couple of drivers on the site - ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

Click downloads - vista 64 bit OS - GO to utilities - this maybe the driver you need - ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Win7 32&64-bit - i would see if this installs firstly, or whether its on windows update.

    There is also a driver Im not sure about it could be : ACPI driver for ATK 0110 virtual device version 1043.2.15.37 for Windows 2000 / XP (32bit and 64bit) / 2003 (32bit & 64bit) / VISTA (32bit & 64bit)
