Windows 7 Speech Recognition Errors ;[

Hi, I've been looking online for a fix to this problem but none of it seems to work for me =\
Whenever I start up Voice Recognition it gives me this error

Speech Recognition could not start because the language configuration is not supported...
Then it tell me to check that the user interface language is the same as voice recognition.

I've done the following to try and get this fix :

1) Check the settings
2) Changed locale language to something else then change it back to US
3) Made sure my Mic was setup correctly

And I also did some other things but it just won't work.

Could anyone please help me solve this error

I could train and do the tutorial just fine, it worked perfectly but the Voice Recognition App itself wont want to work :[

Are you running the RC variation of Windows 7? Did you also apply a registry cleaner to your system? Have you installed a language pack lately?

I've only installed Windows 7 for only about a week.
I have already run a registry cleaner to my system
I do not know if I installed a language pack or not but I dont believe so

Those registry cleaners are not highly recommended. Have you tried a System Restore to a point before the reg cleaner?

Well It didn't work before I clean the registry, it didn't work AFTER I clean the registry.
why would it work if I do a system restore

You are right, if the reg cleaner did not cause the problem, a System Restore will not help. Sorry about that.

oh its okay, Sorry If I sound offensive :P
Do you or anyone have any idea why it's not working?

I've tried all the things I've thought of but none work.

Does Microsoft have the program or driver for the speech recognition?
For some reason the Tutorial worked perfectly, training also worked.

Speech recognition is not working (after very successful training) in real life with Windows 7, 64 Bit.
I have 8 GB RAM and fast Q8200 Intel CPU.

Some Windows 7 add-ons for speech recognition
Hi friends, I have Repetitive Strain Injury, so I use speech recognition a lot. I think the speech recognition in Windows 7 is great, although I miss some things in it. For those who also have RSI, or just want to use the voice, I found two add-ons that I think is pretty interesting. The...

Speech Recognition in Windows 7, 64 bit a problem
My language is set for English-US and changing it to English-British still does not start the program properly. How can I fix that? Is there a patch for 64 bit? Naturally Speaking has it now in their version 10.1 for 64 bit. How come MS, so much bigger, can not fix this for us???
