Yes, go into your BIOS, disable the Floppy controller, and disable assigning it a drive letter.
Ok, I've found let say easier solution about this one, using this:

Handy if you want to hide let say C: from your smaller brother or sister, assuming that they are not to familiar with PCs, or just don't want to see floppy or some other drive in your computer folder, as me:)
