    Hard Drive Problem. Need advice

Ok, my computer HD recently had an accident.

I accidentally dropped my laptop, the hard drive started to act weird. None of my OS's would boot until i did scan disk, and then it worked. but if I do anything on one of my partitions, drive (D), the HD goes "Click.. click.. click"

I used " Chkdsk /r " in command line to see if I can skip over those areas, thinking they were bad sectors, but it doesn't work.

My HD never clicks anywhere else, only on drive (D)

Will my HD last if I don't use drive (D)? Or should I buy a new one ASAP?

I'd back my stuff up and get a new one ASAP. Clicks from a HDD are NEVER good.

    Backup your data.

A low level format will give your hard drive more time, but failure is imminent.
