Hello All.
I am having a problem with Universal Serial Bus controllers.
(Standard USB Host Controller) Port_#0003.Hub_#0008.
I have un plugged all USBs and still get the error.
If you need more information I will post it. This is on windows 7 Dell i7 435T 9000 CPU.

Can you post back a pic of device manager to show the unknown device - just expand it enough to see the device with the yellow asterisks - it seems to be as others have said to do with the chipset drivers - you can always install the latest version - W7 installation wouldnt install the latest version, as they have only been published in the last couple of months. Version 9.1.1.1025 can be found here - setup a restore point firstly:

You might also install the intel matrix storage manager if you have AHCI enabled in the bios and your using the intel controller rather then JMICRON controller.

(1) Shut down the Computer!
(2) To fix the problem i had to un plug all the USBs.
(3) Un plug the power cord!
(4) Now plug in all the USBs.
(5) Plug in the power cord!
(6) Turn on the Computer.
All is OK now!I hope this will help the next person.

Unplugging the motherboard from the AC power source is the cure to this problem. There is no need to remove and then put back all your USB devices. Just shutdown your system and unplug its AC power. Wait about 10 to 15 seconds and plug it back. Power up the system and the problem should disappear. This issue happened to me twice already. It showed up several months ago and it happened again yesterday after I hooked-up a USB cable from a printer to my XPS-9000 system. The AC power plug/unplug always do the trick.

I just unplug the 4 USB's cables & the power plug "WOW"
