    USB ports not working...PLEASE help!

My computer crashed and I had to take it in for repair. They put Windows 7 on it and I am liking it so far. However, none of the USB ports work. I work from home and all of my files are on an external hard drive so this is a big problem!

I have a Dell Inspiron E1505. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of the USB drivers. I have cleaned the registry and done a driver scan. I have checked the USB options in BIOS to make sure that they are enabled. I also enabled them under Power Management through the control panel. Nothing is helping! Please help me so that I can start working again!

    Thanks in advance!!!!!

Considering you will have paid to have Windows 7 put on, take it back to the repair shop and get them to sort it, as you seemed to have tried the usual methods already.
