Missing a device

HELLO,people,I have a problem now.Ask for help.

I use the WIn7 32-bit Ultimate . In device mangement Ifound there is a device with yeallow,named "other device".Click the key of "other device" jump this:
Base System Device;
Base System Device;
PCI serial Port;
PCI Simple Communications Controller.
By the way the notebook I used is IBM T400.
f someone could help me I would be greatly appreciative

THANKS for your help.It's helpful.But,there are two device still with yellow maker.there are:
PCI serial Port
PCI Simple Communications Controller.
