Anybody recommend a highly portable USB hub for laptop?

Ok, so I've just bought a bargain netbook for use to and from work, etc. Only trouble is it's only got one USB port on the side. I've been looking for and failing to find an affordable USB hub that will attach to the side of the laptop, as in a male plug on one side of the bar and three or four female sockets on the other.

I know there are hubs of this type out there, just either not in stock or extortionately priced.

What I'm trying to avoid is cables, I want to maximize mobility and compactness. Preferably in white =]

Can anyone recommend a site/company/product that's good value for money and ships to the UK?

Here's a coupla pictures of the sort of thing I'm (just after the little travel bit of the belkin one, the other one I can't seem to find in stock anywhere without buying it in bulk):

That one on the right can also be found under the iHome brand. It's iHome IH-U550FB (this is the black one, maybe FW on the end for white?)
