    dvd drive missing on my computer


    how i can showing up the dvd drive on my computer drop down list (left pane explorer)? my dvd drive is working and detected on windows explorer (right pane)

    Hi andr1don2,

    Can you please do the following:

    1. Open 'Computer' in an Explorer window
    2. Maximize the window
    3. Take a screenshot
    4. Post the screenshot in this thread (like this)

    Folder Options>General Tab be sure "show all folders" is Ticked, then go to View Tab, be sure "hide empty drives in the Computer folder" is Unticked.

    if hide empty drives is unticked and show all folders is unticked also, empty drives will still be hidden, a bug I am guessing.
