webcam and wifi

I received a new msi laptop for chritmas last year and it shows right on it that it has built in wifi and a webcam. I have loaded the device drivers and my computer says that both are working properly but neither show any signs of working, any ideas?

We might be of more use if you gave us some information about it. what model, does the camera show up in device manger (type device manager in search)? are the drivers loaded correctly (do the devices have yellow triangles on them?)

And anything else you can think of.

thanks in advance
