HWInfo32 is the best - if it can't find it you don't have it or its not working properly:

Is there a tool to tell me what PSU I have, as I want to update my graphics card?

Just take a look at it in your case. Often, the label is facing outward. If not, only 4-5 screws hold it in. Very simple to just take a peek at it. I'm unaware of any software that can identify it for you.

Not that I'm aware of. All you have to do is take off the side cover from your case. It's easy. Tools that identify hardware do so by reading the PCB [printed control board] software. I do not believe PSU's contain the model numbers, or manufacturer name on them.
