Sitecom Wl - 345 Problem

Hi , i have buy the USB WIFI Sitecom wl-345

I have problems with driver.

First i download driver of product case (widnows 7 32 bit compatible) , but after long time the driver work!

Second i try to download driver from ralink Ralink corp. the last. Because i see that drivers are same.

But it don't work >.<

My problem is like this Belkin F5D8053 N Wireless USB Adapter Problem

But i use 32 bit version (ultimate) and Hardware is difference

Ps. Sorry for english^^

Any help pls?
