yes this machine only. Other 4 PC's can all print fine from the Guest Account. These are in a business center of a condo building.

weird. unfortunately I'm not sure we'll find a "fix"... maybe just a work around for the time being. due to the fact that all other machines on the same build/os can print with standard or guest accounts I would have to assume it's narrowed down to your OS on 'this' machine.

Unless there were permission changes made to "restrict" these account even more, we've basically done everything I can think of. Only thing left to do would be to repair the OS.

OK well I have only the HP Recovery Discs. Any way to just 'repair' the OS without losing my customizations? I have not further restricted this particular machine in any way.

To be honest, I'm not the best recovery guy in this forum. I would highly suggest creating a new thread to address the recovery. Maybe someone will stumble upon this particular thread and give a fresh idea?

Just to close out the thread, I gave up on this. I rolled back the system (System Restore) to when I first configured the machines. I had to reinstall Microsoft Security Essentials and Returnil, but everything else was fine. Installing the printer was a breeze. All is back to good.
