0x800703EE Error while working in mobile using system

Hi,

I've connected my Motorokr E6 to with my system. Everything working fine if I'm copying anything from mobile to my system but If I'm copying in my mobile from system or renaming a file in mobile its showing

"An unexpected error is keeping you from renaming the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.

Error 0x800703EE: The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid."


If someone know solution of this problem please help me out.
