Try booting into safe mode (F8). I doubt that will work but. If you have a backup to restore from you can do that. If no back up but you have the win 7 dvd you could try a repair install.

Let us know if we can help

This happened to me trying to get the DS3 controller working, but all it required to fix it was to uninstall it. How did you remove anything if you can't navigate the computer?

    1. Start your pc and let windows load a bit.
    2. Now press the reset button on your machine while windows is still loading (if you dont have one hold down power until your PC goes off and turn back on again).
    3. Because windows didnt load, you should now have a black screen giving you several boot options. Select "Last known good configuration."
    4. Your windows will hopefully load with USB functioning. Then uninstall libusb.

For step 3 to work, obviously your keyboard needs to work. If it doesnt, ya you'll need to dig out the old keyboard and mouse.
