I've just had a look through the Options tab under Tools and can't see anything that may be involved with the printing, have you had a look through the preferences in the software that came with the printer.

Here's a thought... Does live mail use IE8? A quick search finds several posts here about printing problems in IE8:

    IE8 won't print preview/print web pages
    Can't print from IE8 - Any Ideas?

    Just an idea.

Ah, that is a good thought. I would not be at all surprised if there is a tie in. Good thinking.

I looked through IE8 and I did not find any printer settings - but I am not an IE8 user.

Have a look at Internet Options under the Program tab and see if you have the email set in IE8.

    Thanks Joan!

Just a thought for Ritter... Does IE print fine? If so then the issue might not be with IE settings.

I have NO idea why this worked. I had a built in chip on the MB and I replaced to-day it for a dedicated Graphics card EVGA GeForce 9400GT with 1 GB RAM on the card. (it was recommended by over 100 users on Amazon for non gaming primarily). I installed it without a problem and all of a sudden the messages all print. Ridicalous but true. I did absolutely nothing else!!!

Did you change your monitor resolution with the new vid card?
