    My Dell laptops have held up well "traveling."

    Don't be surprised if the lid is not in great condition after some time, but that is mainly do to wear (opening/closing frequently).

    But that's the price of portability.

    yeah i love those episodes..:)
    same here i am already experiencing wear on the close and opening
    but nothing too drastic and so far its almost going to be a year lugging that thing everyday...

    and just an update just try lugging this xenon beast...:)
