Is This a Good Setup?

As some of you have seen my other topic (Thinking of Buying a New Computer is This a Good Setup) well that was about a desktop and now this is about a laptop. I thinking now instead of buying a desktop I might buy a Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop that has this configuration:

Processor: Intel® Pentium® Dual Core™ T4400 (2.2GHz/800MHz FSB/1MB cache)
Operating System: Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium, 64bit, English
System Color: Jet Black
Memory: 3GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 at 800MHz
LCD Panel: Bright, glossy widescreen 15.6 WLED display (1366x768)
Video Card: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500HD
Hard Drive: 250GB SATA Hard Drive (5400RPM)
Network Card: Integrated 10/100 Network Card
Combo or DVD+RW Drive: 8X CD/DVD Burner (Dual Layer DVD+/-R Drive)
Sound: High Definition Audio 2.0
Wireless Networking Cards: Dell Wireless 1397 802.11g Half Mini-Card
Integrated Web Cam: No Webcam Option
Productivity: Microsoft® Works 9 (Will install Microsoft Office)
Software - Antivirus: McAfee SecurityCenter, 30-Day Trial (Will be installing Norton 360)
Battery: 4-cell battery
Hardware Support Service: 1 Year Basic Service Plan
Data Safe: Dell Online Backup 2GB for 1 year
Processor Label: Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core Processor
Would this be a good buy or not?

It's outdated but would be okay if you have a tight budget. I would get an i3 or i5 CPU, DDR3 RAM, and an 7200RPM hard drive. This has NONE of these things. It better be real inexpensive...but like I would work. I personally have a Core 2 Duo CPU in my lappy. I also has DDR3 RAM, and a 7200 RPM HD does alright.
