    logitech keyboard

A couple of days ago when I switched my computer on, I found that my logitech keyboard was not working apart from the www, mail and and search buttons which are okay. I have tried connecting it by usb and the ps2 connector both will not work, I looked in device manager and the message was Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19).
I have tried unistalling the device but I still have the problem when it reinstalls, I also tried my son's logitech G 15 keyboard but again got the same result.
    Does anyone have any ideas.

    Thanks.

Have you installed the correct software for the keyboard?

Otherwise, try a System Restore to a previous point when the keyboard worked properly.

I have the correct drivers installed, and when I tried system restore I had no restore points saved.

You could try a Repair Install...
