What you most likely need is a new heatsink.

Till now I was checking the temp wrong. I thought core temperature which is displayed in Rivatuner is CPU temperature. Now when I check my CPU temperature from bios it was 88 C and considering My PC maximum temperature is 63 C, it is too high

Help me guys, what should I do. I don't think I will buy new processor soon enough so what to do now?

Is this what you got: "The image has been deleted ..."? But I can still see it in my post. I wonder why you cannot see it.

First off... is this a self-built system or did you purchase it complete?

If it's purchased, send it back and let them fix it.

If you've built it yourself... It sure looks like your CPU heatsink is not installed at all correctly... You should shut down the computer, dismount the heatsink, clean the goo off the CPU and Heatsink base... get rid of anything that even looks like foreign substances... apply a blob of heatsink grease (Arctic Silver is the best paste) and reassemble it making absolutely certain everything is sitting straight and locked into place.

Then see what your temperatures are...

CPUID's HWMonitor is the best tool.... (Google is your friend)
