Not trying to be a smart-@$$, but anything that has a PCI-E x1 connection.

For instance, I have a Hauppauge HVR-1250 with the x1 connection. There are sound cards, RAID controller cards, and NIC's that all have that connection as well.

There are graphics cards available that utilise a PCIE 1x slot, however whether or not these can be crossfired or SLI'd with a standard PCIE 16x model I can't say. Probably not.
