I found the two OS drives(500gb) later adding a new 1tb host in December to become the second OS on the new build were becoming too cramped. Try seeing over 400gb on one drive and needing more work space! The new case will see one less drive however with the present host drive being wiped and moved into along with the pair of 1tb storage drives.

The GP 500gb will be put back in for storage of older XP and Vista files since the two 500gb OS drives will be reverted back likely to Vista and possibly the 64bit Vista Ultimate since I ran the 32bit HP since the previous came out along with XP. I'll grab a deal on an OEM 64bit to run that there.

Unfortunately I grabbed a Sata II not III 1tb model back in Dec. The new build's host will be a 1tb Sata III this time around! Later I will be needing a larger case for the flash drives when the price falls a bit on the 64gb models! That saves putting the GP 500gb drive back in the enclosure to lug around between systems.

On XP machines(other owners) however the flash drives simply end up being unplugged by the owner as other instructions on fixing something are given. At least we know better to click a green icon anyways!

What the heck are you storing on your drives? I'm a video phile so I've got terabbytes of that, but I can't think of much else that you can rack up terabytes of.

When you have a collection of video captures that will grab up space real fast as long as you are still adding! Plus other things like updates, utilities, icons, wallpapers, etc. are stored locally on the drive along with various screenshots posted or for some guides made up. Some are simply grabbed for future reference.

In other words the list goes on and on in that sense. After so many months the captures are simply wiped for a new set to come sometime later. Plus before a typical drive wiped when one drive gets too cluttered(namely a storage drive) you need plenty of space to temporarily store the files you are planning to keep in order to see the rest wiped when no longer needed or wanted.
