    I have a bulit in web cam


    this is coming up I have a bulit in web cam-wtf.png
    i've had the laptop for over a month & the cam has always worked until that message came up yesterday.

    The problem is that there is no 64bit driver for your webcam, only 32bit....

    Did your machine come with 64-bit windows pre-installed?

    I'm guessing you tried this already, but if not try searching the Acer Aspire website (service and support) for the correct driver: Service & Support.

    Any luck?

    nope i tried that its still not working.
    did you follow Jonathan_King's advice and tried the ststem restore ?
