Permissions on User Accounts

Hi

I have set up a laptop running Windows 7 with an Administrator Account and a general User Account (not the Windows 7 Guest). When I log on to the User Account, I get two *.exe files trying to load which require administrator permissions. The files are part of the laptop manufacturers maintenance suite which manages laptop battery use etc so they are OK to run.

How do I give permission for these *.exe files to load automatically when the User Account starts up?

well, u can add exceptions.
A:
1. go to Start>run type "msconfig" then press Enter or click run.
the system config will popup on the desktop.
2. go to "startup" tab.
3. un-mark the desired "[your program].exe" program.
press enter. and restart the pc.
it will turn off the program that was starting automatically.
the ms config would be like this


B:
type "UAC" on start manu
goto "change user accounts settings"
turn the slider to "never notify"
click ok/done


or C:
To mark an application to always run elevated

1.

Right-click an application that is not likely to have been assigned an administrative token, such as a word processing application.
2.

Click Properties, and then select the Compatibility tab.
3.

Under Privilege Level, select Run this program as an administrator, and then click OK.

Here is one way.

1. Open Task scheduler (Start Menu > Search Task Scheduler)
2. Create a New Task
3. Give the path to the program you want to run at startup
4. Select Run with full permissions
5. Triggers > Select "At Log On"
6. Remove the program from startup list in MSCONFIG.
